EPC Terms & Conditions

1. Applications are open to all individuals/ customers aged 18 years and above at Malaysia Airports (Niaga) Sdn. Bhd. (hereinafter referred to as "ERAMAN") stores or official website (www.eraman.com.my).
2. The ERAMAN Privilege Classic Card (EPC) Membership ID must be presented and minimum spend of RM250 (Classic Member) and RM350 (Preferred Member) in a single receipt is required in order to enjoy 10% OFF and 15% OFF for participating Fashion labels, Perfumes and Cosmetics, Chocolates, Liquor and Toys including Food & Beverage outlets managed or owned by ERAMAN except Food Garden, E-Xpress, Chanel, Remy Martin Louis XIII, all Macallan products and Tobacco/Cigar products. 
3. The Classic card is valid for three (3) years while the Preferred in valid for two (2) years, ending on 30th June or 31st December of the respective year, depending on the date of issuance being either within the first (1st) half or second (2nd) half of the year.
4. All employees from ERAMAN, Malaysia Airport Holdings Berhad (MAHB) and/or its subsidiaries are not eligible to apply and use the EPC.
5. The discount privileges may be amended or withdrawn at any time without prior notice at the sole discretion of ERAMAN.
6. The EPC is not valid on discounted, best buy items, combo set, travel retail exclusive and is strictly non-transferable.
7. This EPC shall not be treated as a credit card and shall not be exchanged for cash or other items.
8. ERAMAN will not issue a replacement card due to cards lost, stolen or damaged. The EPC member needs to reapply for a new card in order to enjoy the privilege.
9. ERAMAN accepts no responsibility for any loss and/or damage arising out of or in connection with the use of EPC.
10. The EPC members shall notify ERAMAN immediately of any changes on the postal address and/or contact information. EPC members may also update the changes in eraman website.
11. ERAMAN reserves the right to suspend and/or revoke the EPC at any time without assigning any reasons whatsoever and without prior notice to the EPC members.
12. ERAMAN reserves the right to omit, add or amend the EPC terms and conditions herein at any time without prior notice.
13. ERAMAN will notify card members 1 months before expiry via valid email for renewal and members need to reply a confirmation on card renewal before the expiry date to avoid from having to re-apply for a new card. The card renewal MUST be applied at official website (www.eraman.com.my).
14. The EPC remains the property of Malaysia Airports (Niaga) Sdn. Bhd. (281310-v) (ERAMAN) at all times.

17. By applying for the EPC membership, the applicant hereby agrees and consents to Eraman’s collection of his/her personal information and to receive any updates and news related to EPC.
18. The applicant hereby acknowledge that they have accessed and/or read the Privacy Notice issued by Malaysia Airports (Niaga) Sdn Bhd which is made available at Malaysia Airports (Niaga) Sdn Bhd outlets as well as at the website www.eraman.com.my or has otherwise been made available to the applicant and hereby confirm on the agreement to the Privacy Notice.
